“‘Twas the night before Christmas” Novelty Cake A square fruit cake covered with marzipan and fondant icing. A few pieces have been removed and iced over with coloured fondant to mimic the appearance of fruitcake, and three fondant icing mice placed in and around, giving the appearance of a cake that has been nibbled at by the mice! The cake is finished with a seasonal accent of fondant holly.
